Processing Time

Inspection: We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Bank Processing: It may take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account

Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase

Store Credit: Choose store credit for instant refund (within 24 hours)

Gift Card Purchases: Refunded as store credit only

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping:

We cover return shipping for defective items, damaged goods, or if we sent the wrong item.

Change of Mind Returns:

For change of mind returns, you'll need to arrange your own return shipping.

Return Label:

We'll provide a prepaid return label via email for defective/damaged items once your return is approved.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Tip: To ensure you get the item you want, place a new order before returning the original item. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund.
